Enjoy magnificent views from the large decks
of this new one-bedroom, one-bath villa on a hillside overlooking
beautiful Marigot Bay, St. Lucia. Marigot Bay is a destination
for many sailboats from all over the world which makes very interesting
viewing from the deck. Bring your binoculars!
Second Floor
You'll find a living room (12 by 15 feet), and fully-equipped
kitchen on the upper level of your sea house. Large sofa-bed
sleeps two comfortably. Double French doors open onto large,
covered verandah (8 1/2 by 22 feet) overlooking Marigot Bay.
First
Floor
The master bedroom (12 by 15 feet) and bathroom is on the lower
level, shaded by palm trees and other island vegetation, for a
secluded ambience you're sure to appreciate. Double French doors
with wooden shutters lead to a cosy balcony.
An
electric tram runs up and down the hillside from the villa to
a lovely beach with many palm trees. There is an adjacent excellent
restaurant and water sports center. A live band plays local Reggae
and other island music regularly. The tram runs 24 hours per day
as does the small ferry boat which transports you across the narrow
bay to the parking area.
